Lead Your Life With The Awareness Of Nirankar
I happened to watch 'Kids Divine' a few days before. In this episode, a child asked a saint, " Why does the football get so many kicks?" In reply, the saint said, " Because it is filled with air" it implies that when one is filled with ego he has to face many difficulties in life. Ego is so subtle that one does not realise as to when it take roots. You have heard about Ravana so many times. He was a devotee of Lord Shiva and and was well versed with Vedas but his pride caused his downfall. You have also heard an example of sisters carrying water in earthen pots on their heads, sometimes one pot placed above the other. But while walking, they would maintain their balance because in their conscious or subconscious mind, they are aware of the presence of water filled pots resting on their heads. In the same way, if we lead our life with the awareness of 'Nirankar' ( Almighty God) and remain associated with "Sewa" (Service), "Simran" ( God remembrance), and "Satsang" ( Attending congregations), no negativity shall overpower us. It is the awareness of Nirankar alone that doesn't let ego overpower us and we remain in positive state of mind.
May We Be Able To Give Selfless Love To All
This world is a festival, lasting four days i.e. human life is short. After this, human body made up of five elements ( earth, water, fire, air and space) will submerge in soil. Therefore, O' Man, do not fool around as you are yourself nothing but soil. Do not indulge in useless talk of caste and creed, high or low. We all have to finally merge in soil; why then we are not able to live together? Today, the man constantly tries to harm others even if it amounts to causing more harm to himself. The saints, on the other hand, have always endeavoured to connect man with Nirankar as whatever visible in the world is destined to vanish. The Nirankar existed when there existed nothing and will be still existing when every thing else will cease to exist. May Nirankar bless all with strength in order to enable us to imbibe all the qualities of 'gursikhi' (discipleship) so that we can refine not only our life but also the lives of others. And, without selfishness to anyone, we are able to give selfless love to all and keep our friendship with everyone.
