A Devotee Should Regard Himself As Humblest Of The Humble
A true devotee imbibes the spirit of the Satguru. That is why he is revered like the Satguru. When one attains such a state of mind, one picks the precious gems of thought. Such a one lives in the world but is not of the world. He is like a swan which picks up gems and not flesh like a duck. He is ever conscious of and is immersed in the Divine Ocean. It is said that the people take only holy baths but imbibe greed! Such ones cannot dive in the Divine Ocean. Only a devotee, who ever dives in the Divine Ocean, can pick the gems. The devotees are devotees but the Satguru in His benevolence lets a devotee sit on the dais. Thereupon the devotees bow to him as they bow to the Satguru. But if the latter thinks that having been seated on the dais he has become great, he will be sadly mistaken; it is the sheer grace of the Satguru. It will be the greatness of the devotee seated on the dais to look upon the devotees with the Satguru's perception. The Satguru wishes that the devotee who sits on the dais be revered as the Satguru. However, the one, who gets such honour, should regard himself as humblest of the humble: 'I am not great; I possess no virtue; I have done nothing to deserve the dais.'
Inspire The Children For Spirituality And Academic Achievements
When we inspire the children for attending the holy congregation and spirituality, it lays the foundation of their character which may prove to be a boon for them. We are aware that even small children are given firearms and are incited to attack as nobody will suspect them. They are prompted to commit evil acts. On the other hand, there are those who inspire the children for spirituality and academic achievements as well as games and sports. Even the youth needs to imbibe human values- humanism. In other words, we should teach the youth not to cause harm but be a boon. The thought being expressed here inspire man to be wise and imbibe human values and be ever conscious of God and respect the elders. This is the teaching of a true religion. One is always benefitted by treading on this path and be a source of happiness for others.
