Holy Beings Wish That All May Realise The Truth
The one who is spiritually enlightened, proves to be a boon for others. All the disputes are due to the ignorance. Devoid of enlightenment, people imbibe misconceptions and fight among themselves. They do not perceive the truth that all that exists, visible or invisible, is created by the Supreme Creator or God. We get lost in the creation, forgetting that there is only one Creator and Sustainer. May everyone realise this truth, is the wish of saints and devotees. Those who do not realise this truth, do not know what true religion is. Nor do they tread on the path of humanism. Thus they are groping in the darkness of ignorance. All Holy beings wish that all may realise this truth and come out of the darkness of ignorance and lead an enlightened life. May everyone realise this truth and live up to it. Those, who are ignorant of the truth, how can they bring about a change in their life? If people do not live up to truth, how can the disputes cease? Disputes existed in the past and these exist even now.
The Soul Should Be Given Top Importance
Holy beings teach that we may take care of the body but should also pay attention to what is really important - soul. The soul should be given top importance. Others thing may be cared for but not at the cost of the soul. A son of a king insisted on taking bath in a stream. The king was apprehensive but acceding to the repeated requests of the prince, he agreed. The king sent one of his servants with his son telling him (the servant): Take care of the costly clothes and diamond-studded plume of the prince. Be careful, while the prince will be taking bath, these will be left on the bank. See that you do not fall asleep or go elsewhere. Thus the servant accompanied the prince to the stream. While bathing the prince started drowning and shouting for help. In the meanwhile, the king also happened to arrive there and asked the servant: Do not you see the prince is drowning and shouting for help? I had told you to take care of him. The servant replied : Sir I am taking care of the costly clothes of the prince, as ordered. The king retorted: O fool, no doubt, these clothes are costly but not more costly than the life of prince. You should understand this. Anyhow, the prince was rescued. What is meant that having been blessed with the human form, man lives for many years but oblivious of the soul. Consequently, the soul goes on suffering the repeated births and deaths.
