A firecracker initially emits light and then transforms into smoke. It's very easy to bring light into darkness, but where there's smoke, there is a lack of clarity and everything looks hazy. Even if there's light, there is not proper visibility. In the same way, if there's a hazy/misty atmosphere, there will be no clear visibility despite the presence of sunlight during the day. So to say if we have attained God knowledge, we should lead life in true spirit of this divine knowledge. This makes our life transparent and pure from inside out.

In sports when any game is played with passion, it's often observed that if a player from one team gets injured, the other team stops the game to ensure that the player first gets fit before resuming the game. In this way, having sportsman spirit and passion, the players have a feeling of compassion in their hearts. Similarly, one can live life in this manner. There are times in life when a choice needs to be made on how to deal with the particular situation-whether we treat the person with compassion and mercy or misbehave with him and show anger. This choice is to be done at all times, and at any time, in any circumstance, one can maintain a feeling of compassion.
