A Devoted Perspective

Realizing the Supreme Being in everyone is true devotion.
Humans can have a very self-centred, selfish, and arrogant nature that says, "It's just about me. There's no one
else in the world, no one better or more special than me." When such feelings are harboured, then our own problems
and shortcomings seem very big to us, and we delve into such thoughts, "I had to achieve this in life; this is
missing, that is not there" Then there's a comparison with others, "They have this accomplishment in their life, I
don't." Saints have always advised staying away from such perspectives. They have guided us to completely
surrender ourselves to the Supreme Being and to focus on this at every moment.
Humanity Is Our True Identity

In a mind devoid of the Supreme Being, the essence of
saintliness does not reside. By harbouring ego, humans tend to adopt a mindset that believes no one is superior to
them. In worldly terms, this may relate to achievements, positions held, belonging to a certain place, state,
language, or being of a certain race or caste. People confine their identities within these confined boundaries.
The Supreme Being has no caste, and no confined boundaries so why have humans limited their thinking within such
confines? Humanity, after all, is the true identity of a human being.
