In villages we often see women going out to fetch water from a well or a pond. They bring water in pitchers placed on their heads. While backing back home, they make body movements- they walk, they talk and listen to each other but their entire concentration is on water to ensure that it does not spill. It is not that in order to prevent water from spilling, they will stop moving about or stop talking. Saint Kabir says that they shall have to move about that too sometimes on uneven surface. They talk, and listen to each other but maintain their balance in such a way that water does not spill out of the pitcher. So Saint Kabir says that it would never happen that all the circumstances around you would become conductive and favourable but saints always keep their mind focused on the Lord, whatever might be the circumstances and they attain spontaneity. God is spontaneous and He retains the spontaneity and those who focus their mind on Him, they too attain spontaneity. That is why saints have always connected their mind to God and made Him the basis of their lives and that provided spontaneity/stability to their minds.
