The moment we disconnect ourselves from God mentally, misconceptions, hatred, ego and many other evils take control of our mind. When we switch off a light, it immediately becomes dark. In the same way, if we switch off the light of God, many vices overpower our mind. It is exactly the way a person standing close to us looks hazy in fog. Everything looks clear with the light of God knowledge. Things become clear forever.

If someone says something bad, do not instantly react to that person with bad words. It would be better to remain silent at that point of time. This will keep our hearts pure and no hatred towards the other person will arise. It is not an obligation, rather when something wrong is spoken by someone, we should remain in the awareness of God at that time. The one whose mind is connected with God never misuses words. They spread joy, peace and love through their words and actions.
