Gratitude
If we talk about
science, the part of the brain that brings gratitude is the same part
that brings worry. It is our choice what we want to do with that part of
our brain. If we look at examples, often, if we go to a psychologist or
counsellor and there is a session of worry, they give a very simple
solution: create an attitude of gratitude. Write down every day whatever
you find good or a quality of gratitude, put it on a piece of paper, and
put it in a box. Slowly, how the mind establishes itself, either you can
take worry and confusion from everything, or you can take gratitude.
Saints have always given importance to gratitude.
Stability Of Mind And Peace
After knowing
this Divine, the peace within is possible at all times. Whether
situations are favourable or unfavourable, the mind remains stable. It
doesn't matter whether we have something or not; there is no connection
to peace. Often, we plan to do something throughout the day, and
suddenly events unfold differently. In such situations, the mind doesn't
become restless because it is evident that if something deviates from
our plans, it is the will of the Divine. It has happened for the better.
Those who are immersed in the colour of the divine, connected to the
divine, live in peace at all times. Their devotion provides continuous
tranquillity. Such a devotee never abandons their core values.
